This page explains what data the elsiqlabs.ai website processes, why, and how to exercise your rights.

It is a translation. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Data controller

The conversational agent

• Your messages are sent to Anthropic, which processes them to write the agent’s answers. Elsiq Labs does not keep the conversation: it stays in your browser and disappears when you leave the page.
• Exception: off-topic messages and attempts to divert the agent, together with its answer, are kept for 48 hours at most, without any IP address or identifier, to monitor abuse. They are then deleted automatically.
• To limit abuse and costs, the website keeps anonymous counters (number of messages and conversations), linked to a fingerprint of your IP address that is recalculated every day. Your IP address is never stored. These counters are deleted after three days at most.
• An anti-bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs with your first message.
• A strictly necessary technical cookie keeps your conversation session open for two hours.

Contact details and bookings

• If you leave your contact details in the form, they are emailed to the Elsiq Labs team, with a summary of your conversation with the agent, so the team can get back to you. The website does not keep them.
• If you book a slot, the booking is handled by Cal.com, and a summary of your conversation with the agent is emailed to the team to prepare the call.
• The team keeps these emails for as long as needed to follow up on your request, and at most three years after your last exchange with it.

Processors

• Anthropic: processing of the agent’s messages.
• Vercel: website hosting.
• Upstash: anonymous counters and monitoring log, in Europe.
• Resend: sending emails to the team.
• Cal.com: booking.
• Cloudflare: anti-bot check.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. These transfers are covered by the Data Privacy Framework between the European Union, Switzerland and the United States when the provider is certified under it, or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, which are recognized in Switzerland.

Your browser

The website notes in your browser’s session storage that the opening animation has already played, so that it does not play again. This information disappears when you close the tab.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or its deletion by writing to jules.pochon@salesiq.ch. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority: the CNIL in France, or the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland.

This processing is based on Elsiq Labs’ legitimate interest in answering visitors and protecting the website against abuse (agent, counters, monitoring log, anti-bot check), and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request when you leave your contact details or book a call.
